Costantino Delli - A Journey of Transformation

My journey began in Taranto, Italy, and at the age of eight, my family moved to Trenton, NJ, seeking a better life.

Inspired by my mother's tenacity through hardships, I pursued my studies with dedication, graduating with honors in Mathematics from Rutgers University.

This paved the way for a corporate career, including roles at Wells Fargo, Science Applications International Corp, and Bloomberg Financial Markets, where I learned the importance of fast, accurate data and client prioritization from my mentor Mike Bloomberg.

Inspired by Wilco Systems' CEO, I founded COS® International, specializing in transformative management consulting for Fortune companies.

My engagements, including a pivotal role at JP Morgan Chase during its merger with Bank One, taught me the value of decisive leadership from Jamie Dimon.

A special connection with Sherry Lansing, Julia Cameron, and a meeting with Deepak Chopra influenced my journey, leading to the publication of my book, "The Way: Live Your Dream, It's Not A Secret," through my nonprofit foundation.

This experience underscored my passion for personal and global transformation.

When securing a publisher proved lengthy, I chose to publish it through my foundation. Six months later, "The Way" was available at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and outlets nationwide, followed by a twelve-week book tour in New York City and Los Angeles.

My dedication to hospitality, particularly with Marriott and Ritz Carlton, reflects my commitment to genuine service and emotional intelligence. My relationship with Bill Marriott since 1987, coupled with my admiration for the Ritz Carlton's mystique, shaped my hospitality philosophy.

I was honored to share my insights in CNBC's documentary, "Behind Closed Doors at Marriott" and to connect deeply with Arne Sorenson, CEO of Marriott International.

Arne's humanity and efficiency profoundly impacted me.

We maintained a close relationship, exchanging feedback on service at properties, sharing a passion for Japanese culture, and supporting each other during personal hardships, including the passing of my mother and his illness.

In January 2021, Arne's heartfelt condolences on my mother's passing preceded his sudden passing a month later, forever linking us through shared experiences.

Today, I leverage my diverse industry expertise to help organizations and individuals achieve their goals.

I believe in collaboration and transformation to create a better world.
